I emailed only to receive a reply FOUR days later confirming that the item wasn't coming - no apology. An absolute waste of time and this seller is a no no for me.

Sent the wrong air fresheners, when I complained seller said I could send back but would not pay return postage. I should not I have to pay to return item when I was sent the wrong product. I refused to pay for return postage so they sent me a 50% refund for an item I did not order. Would not order from this seller again as very disappointed.
