My original order got lost in transit, but when I contacted the seller about this, they replied promptly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to dispatch a similar item, which arrived quickly.     Took 2 weeks to turn up and only after raising a dispute. Parcel turned up beaten to hell. Then seller hounded with messages to shut down the dispute - this was the only communication received. Maybe work on some customer service skills. Won’t be buying from here again.

    Thanks for the lovely message, As soon as i received the message saying it was not received I tracked it and it turned up that day, i informed you of that and after three days no reply whether you got it or not so I sent another message asking if it was received and to close the case. if there was an issue with " Parcel turned up beaten to hell." you should of told me so I could feed back to the courier company as when it left here it was fine.
