  Seller provided an extra cord length which was very kind! You have to assemble it upon arrival which was fine but the parts felt very brittle and lightweight. When installed and turned on the light bulb shines directly in your eyes, would recommend placing somewhere with less traffic underneath. I like it but not as much as I thought I would. Casts a beautiful and unique pattern on the walls! I use it for ambience lighting in my kitchen.

  Item arrived 13 days after dispatch. Prompt reply from seller regarding whereabouts of item (my account said there was an issue, but i still received the item albeit after a slight delay). Excellently packaged internally and externally. Box was plastic wrapped. Flatpack item. Very easy to put together though care has to be taken as slats are fragile. Well made, solid, tight joints. Did not need wood glue to secure the slats to frames. Very beautiful item. Extremely happy.
