    Received the cover a week after the cushion, only being told they'd be sent separately when you complained, with a barely recognisable image of our dog that passed. The picture sent was a picture of the whole of Poppy lying on her bed, but the seller decided to zoom all the way into her face making the image too blurry to recognise and certainly not like the picture we sent. Terrible seller
