Not only was I impressed with the vast selection of quality items online, but also the speed in which the seller replied to my queries/sending out my orders, adequate and recycled packaging used for securing the safe delivery whilst caring for the environment in addition to the items being super value. The seller is very friendly, amenable and honest as are her descriptions. She even offered to help with postal charges combining multiple items in box.

    The delicate item was extremely well padded with lots of bubble wrap, placed in a plastic bag then into a secure box. I was emailed when item was posted which was very prompt and I received the item very quickly. It was very exciting opening the parcel and I was not disappointed the cloisonne swan was as described in fact more beautiful in person when you could see all the detail. I think it was very good value.

    Packing was good but can't really comment on postage costs as I have no idea if it represented value for money, but the (rather cute), item was as described, nothing wrong with it at all, and I thought the price was fair given the current market, and I am delighted to own it.
