Ordered Mercedes wheel nut and I believe it got lost in the post (not sellers fault). Contacted seller with no reply but kept getting new delivery dates. Contacted seller again but no reply. Eventually realised seller had sent replacement but I had already ordered from somewhere else which came within 3 days. Sent item back to seller who rejected it. Ebay refunded me. I would avoid this seller as they only needed to message me and I would have understood.

Not corret no replacement was sent , item was delivered, tried to open case and was reversed in our favor as they coudl see he was trying to claim freebie.
