  The item I bought wasn’t available but the seller was very communicative and offered another product in exchange, as the replacement wasn’t of our liking, following the chat with the seller and the request for refund it was authorised straight away.   Disappointed that they sent a small frying pan not the saucepan as displayed in photo they acknowledge wrong order sent and I had asked if I was to send the frying pan back and for them to send the saucepan on but only offered to send the whole lot back !!
