Einzig das Versandunternehmen ist etwas suspekt - die Pakete wurden 2 Wochen vor dem Zustelldatum als "zugestellt" markiert - doch dafür kann der Verkäufer nichts. Also von mir ein klares: "immer gern wieder"!!!

I contacted Giga-refurb and informed them of the damage. They responded the same day with their sincere apologies and shipped out a new monitor right away. The monitor came quickly and in great condition. Works perfectly and my overall experience has been positive. I would definitely use them again. Great work!
