Have tried to contact the seller twice with photos to show how useless this product is and how it completely deteriorated after using only twice. If that is the normal usage then the product is way too expensive. They literally fall apart with trails of coir everywhere. Looking at the other buyers feedback on this product I suggest they remove from the market. I’d like a complete refund. Incredibly unprofessional to not respond to my messages or refund my money hence my poor review.
