    Took EVRI a week to deliver item. Packaging damaged at both ends, when handed over screw pack fell out, could have happened any time. Why sellers use them I do not know. Item was Positive from the seller, but Negative for delivery service. Still telling me it was at local depot and out for deliver until I collected it. Never inform me it was ready for collection.

    There was a small problem with the PSU that came with the unit. I messaged the seller and they responded immediately and replaced the unit withou tme having to send it back (which saved loads of time). There are not many sellers that take such good are of their customers and stand behind their products such as this seller. 100% positive from me and I'll be definitely looking at them for solutions to my product images (I bought the LED Flood lights for studio work) in the near future.
