Overall the experience was positive bc at least I was able to receive the plush within 30 days. It was shipped within the promised time frame. It did take a while to arrive but that was outside of what the seller could help bc of a delay between the package leaving Japan and being inbound to the US. The seller communicated at the beginning and updated when they shipped. It's exactly as described and in perfectly new condition.
