    Seller promptly shipped merchanise within 24 hours after purchase. I had issues receiving item, beyond seller's control. USPS estimate for delivery kept getting delayed. Item arrived at my local facility, sat for 1 week, then was routed to an outside regional facility. When contacting USPS, they could not locate within their system. Item is still missing. Seller kept bi-weekly communication, and issued me refund in good faith, despite issues outside his control. Honest seller, rare in business.
