  I was SO excited to get this bracelet. It was shipped fast but ended up taking 16 days to arrive. (No fault of the seller, it was snowed in up north& won t reflect on her rating). The 16 days made me want the bracelet even more. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. It s so shiny, looks brand new. I had unexpected and great communication with the seller after receiving the bracelet, with help to fix a closure problem. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this seller and hope to purchase from again.

  Sorry when I checked was loose and still stayed together, also sorry for the post office that they took sweet time to deliver. Good jeweler can fix. So I am offering $15 credit to fix it.

  As I don t use eBay much...I jumped to the conclusion that I was being scammed... I couldn t have been more wrong... An honest mistake was made during a busy holiday season... And my comment made it worse... The seller quickly responded. Acknowledged the mistake... And rectified the situation promptly and without any cost to myself.. My apologies towards my actions..
