Apparently there was a problem with my order being lost during shipping. Before I even realized this, Glamourhub emailed me twice, explaining the situation and offering my choice of a full refund or to reship it. As promised, it arrived. I use it diluted in spring water 20/80 to spray on plaque psoriasis/acne/demodexidices

Finally arrived today. The seller was nice and good communication, but the cap was flimsy and completely crushed and made of a shiny fabric, which doesn’t look anything like sturdy cotton cap in the photos. It went straight in the bin as it was rubbish.

I ordered two bottles of Plantago Major tincture. Delivery time was longer (as expected) and the bottles were sturdily packaged which I was very happy about. Unfortunately, in place of two Plantago products, one was replaced with another homeopathic remedy. I contacted the seller and the whole process was so very helpful and accommodating, customer support clearly means a lot to them (and to me!). I recently got my replacement item and I'm very happy 😊

Great seller, very accurate description and pictures on EBAY. Seller packaged the styling clip very carefully but unfortunately was received damaged-NOT the seller's fault. Shipped one month early too. Disappointed that i was not able to use the styling clip.
