The photo frame arrived damaged I sent email off. 48 hours later I received a response. I returned the frame by post I only received a refund for the frame the postage of £3.49 was never paid or offered I have sent an email to the seller saying I will be honest re my feed back no response again. Avoid this seller! Something not right going on here. I ordered the photo frame on March 15th and it was marked as dispatched . To cut a long story short, it was never dispatched. They then said they were out of stock. Then the " new" stock sold out. None was sent to me even tho I paid for it weeks ago. I asked for a refund and was told I had to raise a return request, even tho I havnt even received the item! All very odd. Still waiting for refund . Seller is stalling.
