  The listing on eBay offered 40 Electrode pads. Only 4 were delivered. The seller refused to send the remaining 36 when I contacted him. He claims I only ordered 4, though the only option for ordering was "1" batch of "40". The price was super low at only $4.00 for the batch. I suppose there was a language barrier. I can't get too excited about losing $3.60. The 4 that I got were as described and functional.
