    Because of coming via air travel the product (liquid supplement) was subject to pressure coming internationally. Special precautions have to be taken in order to not have seals burst and the product leak. Unfortunately, the product arrived with seals that burst and the product leaked inside the packaging. They know to rectify this in the future and they have given me a full refund. They were good to communicate with.
