  Received the item in its worst condition, packaging is horrible, cups dirty and faulty, lots of cups are faulty and missing gold prints. Upon contacting the seller, I expressed my interest in the item if there is getting a replacement. They disappeared and nobody answered me for around a week. This is not my first horrible experience with them. I do not recommend at all.
