While still in transit, they discovered the wrong item was shipped. without any feedback from me. I was sent an email about the issue and then they shipped overnight the correct package. both the wrong item (cell phone clip ) and the correct item , were delivered to my door on the same day. Packaging is fine for parts. They are as described. They are a good value. I got all of these switches on a bid. If you win it's a great price. I paid 3.00 for the same thing from mfg. Plus shipping.
