    Ordered black, received white. Only packed in poly bag, and turns had started to separate in transit. Was waiting to complete job, hadnt got the time to mess about with exchanges, so returned to supplier and purchased locally, which was also cheaper!

    Hello, Apologies you received the wrong colour we would of happily sent the correct colour out, had you reached out to us. We package all rolls like that and we have not had any issues with them. The roll you returned is perfectly fine. I would imagine they are cheaper because we have to include delivery costs whereas in store there is no delivery cost. Thank you.
