Cannot fault seller who dispatched almost immediately. However let down by useless unreliable Evri couriers. After 10 days of no delivery or an update from Evri I asked for a refund which was promptly given. Again excellent seller service. Item finally came so now waiting to see about returning as since bought another.

Plug was broken when delivered. Contacted the seller who offered me a £5 refund but I was still left with an unusable player! I asked for a replacement but they offered me a £10 refund !! I ended up getting a neighbour who is a builder / electrician to replace the plug for me, which cost me the price of a new plug and a bottle of wine as a Thank You to my neighbour. Not a way to do business and wish I’d just referred the issue to eBay instead.
