  Royal mail let her down, but I got my refund quickly, all pleasant and had a nice chat and a laugh. If your not happy with your purchase just talk to her !! She can not do enough to help and resolve things!! I say this mainly directed at the couple of Neutral and Negative feedbacks left by others.   NEVER AGAIN!! Fobbed off with damaged tights, not checked before dispatch. Seller does not care about the customer & was very dismissive saying she can’t check everything before dispatch. Discrete Packaging stated in listing? I think not!!! This made for a very embarrassing situation amongst my family, seller not bothered by this either. A Tacky hot pink package is not discrete packaging. Other vendors on EBay are cheaper for same items. I will be taking my business to those genuine sellers

  Andy Message you sent was rude I really hope you will never buy from me again. I have explained to you that as they are pre-packed tights I am unable to check them for holes as I will damage them. All you needed to do is to massage me saying that they have a hole and to ask for replacement or money back. Simple!Secondly the picture of the hole on your big hairy foot with long nails clearly shows that it was damaged by you. Thirdly maybe next time buy pair for your wife too to avoid arguments!!
