  Purchased a photo album, upon receipt, I saw the the inside cover was torn. Reached out to seller, about a replacement, was sent a return label quickly, which is appreciated, but when the item was returned, I was given a refund rather than a replacement. Had to reorder one from someone else making it that that much longer. Better communication would have resulted in better feedback.
