(in this case parcel force) they are supposed to send you a letter with customs fees to pay. I waited for two weeks for a letter that never came. In the end I phoned, quoted the tracking number and paid the fees I then collected the item myself. I've wrote this as I've had items from Germany before and I've paid the fees at my door to the delivery driver. The fees were £48. However I like the helmet.
