    They're scammers. I bought a coffee grinder, listed it as new, and it was just an open box. It turned out it arrived used, full of old, ground coffee and dust. It also lacked the burrs to grind the coffee, a crucial part of the process. At first, they offered a partial refund, but then they left me unanswered. I don't recommend buying from them; they're just a waste of time!

    The listing condition stated that the item was from a return pallet and missing lids, which justified the 60% discount off the retail price. An additional missing was unknown at the time of listing. The buyer was informed that he could return the package for a full refund if dissatisfied. However, he requested that I purchase the missing piece and send it to his address. When this request was denied, he sought a partial refund, to which I explained most practical option was to return the package
