      Lower valance was new as advertised and arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. The shipping costs are quite high and I had to eat the shipping on the not correct valance I first ordered ( that one may have been my fault, not enough info on website to know for sure and this was a replacement) If you are ok with stupid high shipping costs I would recommend this seller for reasons in first sentence.

      Seller was prompt with responses. Item wasn't delivered as fast as expected but don't know if that was ups fault or the seller fault. Item arrived although in perfect excellent condition just like seller stated. Fuse box was Geniune GM. Would buyfrom again A+ seller!

      Tracking was not updated. Ebay customer service was very hard to reach and when they answered, they gave false information abut the whereabouts and shipping method for the item. When the item arrived, it was for the opposite side door, for a different model year and did not fit my vehicle. The part arrived in a box sporting the correct part number but was the the wrong part. Very disappointed after waiting a month for the wrong and greatly over-priced item to arrive.
