    The seller, despite many requests for the invoice never replied to us. So after 15 days we left a negative feedback, after which he finally started to communicate with us asking for changing the feedback, and eventually he sent us the invoice (3 weeks delay from the purchase). Due to the fact that we have just received the invoice, we upgrade the feedback from negative to neutral.
