    I bought this by mistake. Requested return. They gave me a return address in china, despite the item being posted to me from the UK. They hoped that the cost of shipping would put me off. I contacted eBay and then the seller gave me an address in the UK. I posted back. They had the item a week. I had to email them to prompt a refund. NIT A GOOD SELLER. I think they are Chinese. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN.

    Appalling advertising technique. I ordered 2 tea towel holders and received instead a useless packet of plastic bags.I have contacted the seller to return item and asked them to send what I ordered or refund my full purchase price They tell me that’s what I ordered because after the order is accepted a a drop down alternative is inserted in small print ie plastic bags. How a packet of plastic bags is an alternative to a metal tea towel holder is beyond my comprehension!! ..
