    Appalling advertising technique. I ordered 2 tea towel holders and received instead a useless packet of plastic bags.I have contacted the seller to return item and asked them to send what I ordered or refund my full purchase price They tell me that’s what I ordered because after the order is accepted a a drop down alternative is inserted in small print ie plastic bags. How a packet of plastic bags is an alternative to a metal tea towel holder is beyond my comprehension!! ..

    The product itself is great. The only downside to the process was the delivery by Evri as it sat in their sorting office for several days before being dispatched. This was obviously out of the sellers control, but disappointing service from Evri.

    Please ignor the comments regarding delivery as I purchased the same item twice but from different sellers and Only after posting realised I had commented about delivery from the other seller.
