Name came incorrect, tried to blame me because I have a double barreled surname and it was apparently complicated, Then blamed a member or staff for being confused, Then refused to pay for return postage to rectify their mistake and said they’re out of pocket for the mistake. Eventually I went straight to eBay for them to fix it direct, they agreed the interaction was unprofessional and they were responsible for return postage and free fixing. In the end I placed return and opted for refund.
