    Ordered Friday and arrived Saturday, however packaged quite flimsy which burst in transit and I only recieved 4 traps instead of 10, I contacted seller who apologised and said they send out 6 more, they've arrived today in sturdier packaging in perfect condition. What a great seller, I couldn't recommend highly enough and would happily purchase from again if required 😀 Thankyou so very much!

    Excellent product, well described. Packing was dreadful, though. Just two loops of brown sticky tape and a label, NO protection from damage whilst in transit and everyone from the postman to the passers-by in the street could see what I'd ordered. NOT what I expected or wanted. However, the goods were indeed 'as described' and, as luck would have it, arrived safely. Hence the positive feedback but it could easily have been very different. I shall not be buying from this seller again.

    Items arrived in good time but the yellow mask was damaged and the blue mask was ok and at least looks like the pictures advertised. After going back and fourth i was offered a 10% refund i refused and so got ebay involved so in the end before the time limit of ebay stepping in i was refunded £5.40 so the price of the broken mask even though i was asked to close the case before being given a refund and i said no and i said to the seller to ask ebay if you don't know how to do a partial refund.
