    Very dishonest seller. Shipping took over 1 month and arrived with glass shade in many pieces. Item shipped across the country to California but seller did not package the glass shade with ANY bubble wrap, styrofoam, or any shock-absorbing material. $200 light was completely unusable. Seller blamed shipping company instead of apologizing for careless packaging. Refused to give refund. When eBay stepped in, seller agreed to 50% refund. Over 2 weeks ago—still no refund received. Awful!
