    My first order that arrived were all dead. Had absolutely nothing with the seller or packaging. for some reason my local usps distribution center had kept my live item for over six days. Package was well labeled with live animal label and labeled with what contents were alive in the package. I messed the seller and explained what happened with pictures and dates. seller worked with me to receive my items again. Second round of package showing up on time and they are alive and well.

    As far as I know, my order is still packaged up since 02/28 when a tracking number was assigned. It is now 03/13 and usps hasn’t be giving the package. Communication is lacking. Service is lacking. Follow up is lacking. Ebay won’t give a refund until package is sent.

    We already shipped your item. We have no control over how usps deliver the package. So please be patient and give them a few more days to deliver it.

    Seller is a good communicator. Answered my questions and shipped quickly. Unfortunately due to no fault of seller (the shipping company and the heat) clams arrived DOA. Seller attempted to ship another but again shipping company lost the package and delivered over a week later leading to another DOA. Seller was kind to reimburse. Will buy from seller again and recommend.
