I received coin and did not personally believe it looked like a proof coin, so I wasn't satisfied with the coin, although it was certified/slabbed by ICG as a proof 67 coin. Seller was good enough to want a satisfied customer so they refunded my money promptly upon receiving the coin back from me in the mail. Seller is A-Okay with me.
