  Your communication and speed of dispatching these alignment sticks is excellent , however , your choice of courier has put a damper on this sale .( My order is held up at the depot of your courier for an additional 24 hours with un explained delay. ) if you provide your buyer with 2 choices of postage I am sure you will get excellent results and reviews.

  Many thanks for your constructive comments. Postage has been an issue with the "better" couriers as the length causes issues. The costs really ramp up and have ended up being much more than the item being bought. I will keep looking back at this to see if things improve.
