Loved the item but was upset that my parcel was dumped in the front porch of a block of 46 flats. No attempt made to contact me in my flat where I was waiting for the delivery. A kind resident found it in the porch later and gave it to a member of our care staff. Hope all your delivery staff do not behave in this fashion. I have been asked by trust pilot to send them details of my order etc but you already have all this so I feel you should deal with their request.
