  Clock was damaged in shipping. Broken dome, bent crown, bent minute hand. Contacted seller before opening box (you could hear broken glass). They said send photos so I opened and sent photos of clock and glass. They then immediately issued refund. Thank you for your quick reply and refund. This is a seller to be trusted. Thanks again!
