  Upon delivery, a flimsy (inadequate) package was found to have partially split. Contents checked - one washer found missing. Miscount at dispatch? Package escape? I contacted the seller - on two separate occasions. I received absolutely no reply at all. Not even a sincere apology, which would have sufficed. This seller had declared in their email verifying dispatch that any issues would be resolved. Hollow promise. Never again.
