  Received a month ago on July 29th. It was missing pieces to it and did not have any of the washers or nuts that were supposed to be included. I constantly asked for just the hardware to be replaced because I went to Menards and they're a special size that I couldn't find. I ended up having to b**** them out because they kept asking the same questions over and over and kept saying "oh we'll get it sent out, we'll do that." Got a new order FINALLY, and STILL NO HARDWARE. AWFUL SHOP. CAN'T REPLACE
