Der Verkäufer hat – trotz ordnungsgemäßer Rücksendung an die angegebene Adresse und Bild von der verpackten Ware, mit deutlich sichtbarer RMA-Nr., von unmittelbar vor dem Versand – die Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises verweigert. Die einzigen Rückmeldungen auf unsere wiederholten Klärungsversuche waren stereotype Forderungen nach einer Tracking-Nummer. Das gesetzliche Rückgaberecht wird hier ad absurdum geführt. Kaufen Sie dort nur, wenn sie ganz sicher sind, die Ware nicht zurückgeben zu müssen.

Had problems with the delivery company as they delivered it somewhere else and couldn’t find the package seller wasn’t very helpful.In the end managed to find It and I wasn’t happy at all the quality is really bad and the shower holder it’s not the same as the photos texted again the seller which never replied
