Also, very professional and agreeable, negotiating shipment of the remaining two plates in new condition and partial refund. Naturally, this delayed shipment, but I had no urgent need. Sent me the two items in new unused condition in addition to one with a minimal chip visible on the back. Once I receive the partial refund, I would call this a very satisfactory transaction.

  Sent feedback once before, never heard back! Items were not as described! We’re supposed to be RARE SALAD, SOUP BOWLS. They are ORDINARY SALAD PLATES which I did not need!!! I have many ordinary salad plates to compare!! Plates will not hold soup!
