    Omg what an awful experience from late shipping, the incorrect item received, the silence when l asked to return the item and the even louder silence when l said l wanted to end the circus that l found myself in. As the pillow was horrendously overpriced you would think the service would shine. No, every step was a comedy. They kept my money for weeks - they couldn’t even figure that out unless that was the plan all along. Apparently they don’t know if it ever existed! Never again.

    I apologize for the wrong pillow that my warehouse man sent to you by mistake. I admit this does happen sometimes when you have over 1000 pillows in stock. But this is a very rare case. We always try our very best to resolve issues and will try our best to prevent such mistake to happen again in the future.
