    Item was a used retailer return with the box completely damaged with an old postage label that had been cut out with a knife. This was an Amazon label so perhaps an Amazon return. Seller was good thought in refunding partially to try and rectify but was £2.96 short than expected. I can’t justify negative feedback overall however due to the sellers prompt attempts to rectify but an inconvenience I wish I could have avoided. Don’t seller customer returns or be open about it.

    orginal price fot this product was 19.99, we cut price for you to 12, and than we made refund for another 7. You did get this product for 5 plus shipping .that 25% of oryginal price. Also we oferred you return and full refund. We have hundrets happy customers. Mistakes happens, but always solved promptly. the sam as in this case. thank you
