the item when it arrived was faulty. the sellers were less than helpful in my request for a full refund. they wanted me to keep the item and offered a very small refund and said it was a lot of expense and time to return items and give refunds so they preferred it if I kept the faulty item. Needless to say I said no to this EBay were most helpful in assisting me and I received a full refuns eventually. I would not deal with this company again.
