Misleading description, which implied that a set of 4 luggage straps was included in the price, whereas in fact, when I ordered one 'set', only a single strap arrived. The seller said that to get the set I needed to have ordered 4. For that reason, I have given seller communication just 3 stars. See photo of item/description and judge for yourself.

Nice item & seems decent quality (especially for the price) however the measurements weren't very accurate being advertised as 9.5 inches tall but actually 95cm tall but still more than happy with item & Ideal for kids crafts/ indoor decorations ect - would certainly buy from again.
