    Ordered 4 patterns 24th Sept, states Royal Mail 48hr tracked. Items not dispatched until 30th Sept and via Yodel. Order was held back as another order placed 29th Sept all came in same envelope. Not even a staple or paper clip to separate patterns. No communication from seller for delay. Had planned to order more but won't due to service received.

    I felt that the owner was very positive when I sent a message that I had not received the pattern. He offered to send another copy. As it happened I received the pattern as the post can be erratic. I sent a message that I had received it. I would recommend this owner of good trading.
