    I ordered a bracelet on 01/06. It was dispatched on 03/06 but item never arrived. I raised issue on 11/06 advising I still wanted the item but no response. I messaged again on 14/06. Didn’t hear anything until today 16/06, advising refund issued. A response to say sorry, the item is no longer available would have been nice! Poor communication from seller and very poor service!
