    Amazing customer service! Seller quickly refunded even though I didn’t ask for a refund. What happened was I purchased a used book described as “good” condition (majority of pages undamaged) but I received a book heavily written in in pen on most pages. I took photos and let the seller know, but I didn’t ask for a refund because it’s Goodwill and I considered it a donation. But the seller immediately refunded my money, on a weekend no less. Amazing! Thank you!

    Bible book arrived as described. The shipping tracking is not accurate due to Goodwill using UPS, then UPS switched to USPS? Not sure why they are now doing this, it either delays or accelerate your ship progress. Goodwill should just use USPS only. Even though shipping says it's free, they still factor the fee in selling price 🧐. So the buyer is still paying for the shipping. Otherwise I would complain about my tracking if shipping was really free.
