However, they should consider more protection for their items than a plastic envelope offering NO protection. The item arrived with several tears in the bag. I value books. I also valued their willingness to allow the return, so I patched the bag. The USPS considers that "opening" the package so I had to pay for the return - so much for my "consideration". At least ship in a padded envelopes!
