I ordered Loop earplugs from them and they sent cheap, very poor quality silicone plugs instead in packaging designed to imitate Loop packaging. When I contacted them about this, they initially sent me nonsense replies back and then later acknowledged that what they had sent was not what I had ordered. They promised to send the Loop earplugs I had originally ordered but never did.
